Please note tickets are non-refundable.

“Try to remind yourself how far you have come and when your mind wanders, bring yourself back into the present. Try to use all your senses. Look at your surroundings, walk out in nature, and listen to the sea, the birds, and notice the little things again.”

Helen Gaskin

What you can expect on the day:

9:30am - 12:00pm - Head to Perranporth where Cornish Ramblings founder, Jody, will lead us on a mindful 3.5-mile ramble, taking in the majestic Lost Church and dune systems of Perranporth. This easy-to-moderate walk can be found on the iWalk Cornwall app here: iWalk Route; Perranporth and the Lost Church
Along the way there is the possibility of a sea swim and we will incorporate mindful breathwork on the cliff, overlooking the sea, with Helen once we reach the halfway point.
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Head to the light and airy space that is the Limehouse Yoga Studio where we will all come together for a moment to reflect and a walk around the studio gardens, before sitting together for a salad-box lunch, provided as part of the ticket price.
Please let us know any dietary requirements when booking your spot. It will be vegetarian but not vegan. Feel free to bring your own lunch if necessary. We will be using a local St Agnes provider; The Mindful Menu.
1:00 - 1:45pm - We come together for a wellness circle where we will have time and space to journal, think, and discuss compassion, self-care, and emotional healing.
1:45 - 2:45pm - An hour of complete relaxation and stillness with guided meditation and individual mini head/face or foot massages. (If you do not wish to receive the massages just let us know at the start).
2:45 - 3:45pm - Here is where you will receive Helen's signature breathwork class - using a range of breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, clear any unprocessed emotions, and connect back to yourself.
There will be some conscious connected breathing - this is not suitable for those with epilepsy, heart conditions, or who are pregnant but, Helen will give alternatives to those this relates to.
3:45 - 4:00pm - We will have time to drink herbal tea with a slice of homemade cake whilst spending a few moments coming back around. This will also be a great opportunity to chat with Helen and Jody, to just be, or to ask any questions.
4:00pm - Finish

The most gorgeous restorative day.
