About Tatra Escapes
Founder: Alena
The bridge between you and Slovakia…
Founder, Alena grew up in Poprad, Slovakia. She began exploring the peaks with her folks at a very young age, breathing the mountain air, hiking around the national parks and mountain range. She soon realised Slovakia should be on the top of the tourist destinations in Europe and is very determined to prove this to all visitors!
The Tatra Mountains, known as the smallest alpine mountains in Europe, are situated in the north of the country, also shared with Poland.
Slovakia is a perfect holiday destination for adventure seekers, outdoor enthusiasts, mountain and nature lovers. Tatra Mountains are a reflection of true paradise for hikers and walkers
