Low tide is at 12:20pm and we will be able to swim in the tidal pool. There is the beach to change on and a cafe in the car park for us to get a hot bevvy once we have had our swim. However, should you wish to hang around on the beach overlooking the sea, please bring a flask and join me after our swim on the rocks.Further Info:
