Cornwall Mums and Bumps: Pregnancy Walks
Connect with other expecting and new mums in Cornwall through gentle walks designed for comfort and conversation. Our group is all about creating a safe, inclusive environment where you can share experiences, ask questions, and enjoy the fresh air. Each walk is planned with care, making it easy for everyone to join in. Let’s make pregnancy and early motherhood a little brighter, together.
Services We Provide
Safety, Comfort and What to Expect

Your comfort and safety always come first. All walks are short and gentle (around 1–2 miles) and usually follow there-and-back routes, so no one is ever too far from the start point. Wherever possible, walks will begin or finish near a café or accessible facilities, giving space for feeding, changing, resting, or simply warming up with a drink. Routes are chosen with prams, carriers, and slower walking paces in mind, and there’s no pressure to keep up - stopping, turning back early, or taking breaks is always absolutely fine. These walks are as much about connection as movement, and you’re very welcome to join even if you’re not feeling up to walking far.
Inclusivity and Community
This group is open to anyone who is pregnant, expecting, or navigating early motherhood and looking for gentle connection. Babies are welcome, and every walk is led with kindness, understanding, and flexibility. You don’t need to explain yourself here, just turn up as you are.
