Cornish Ramblings and Gwithian Beach Yoga have partnered up to bring you a gorgeous day filled with relaxation and rambling. 

Starting the day off with a gentle 5-mile ramble along the coast, Jody of Cornish Ramblings will lead you out from our starting point of Gwithian, where we will make our way along this gorgeous section of the Cornish coast path towards Godrevy and Hell's Mouth. Here we will take the inland route back to Gwithian, where Alicia of Gwithian Beach Yoga will be waiting.

Here, we have access to the the Sunset Surf cafe so please take this opportunity to grab yourself a coffee or cold drink before we then make our way to Alicia, and our next part of this delightful day on the sand.

Experienced local yoga teacher Alicia Ray (500 hr RYT) will guide you through an invigorating 75 minute beach yoga class and sound bath to connect to body, mind and to the beautiful surroundings of Gwithian beach. 

You do not need to be an experienced yogi to take part in Alicia's class. She will guide a Vinyasa flow with different options for those who are beginners to more experienced at yoga and will design a class specifically to complement the ramble. The class with finish with a sound bath to leave you feeling relaxed and calm

You'll need to bring a mat or beach blanket to practice on and wear comfortable clothes. Alicia will contact you via email with further information about the class following booking. 

As an added bonus, we will wake ourselves up with a slice of cake and then a dunk in the Sheeps Dip tidal pool before ending our day.
