About this event

Cornish Ramblings and Mindfit Cornwall have partnered up to bring you a mindfulness-filled day retreat full of all the tools you'll need to create space in your mind, energise your body and soul, and surround yourself with like-minded people in need of pausing, resetting, and taking time out.

Keep reading to find out what you can expect from this day retreat, as well as a little about who Cornish Ramblings and Mindfit Cornwall is. Once you have booked your ticket, we will follow up with further more detailed information within a few days.

Please note tickets are non-refundable.

“Try to remind yourself how far you have come and when your mind wanders, bring yourself back into the present. Try to use all your senses. Look at your surroundings, walk out in nature, and listen to the sea, the birds, and notice the little things again.”

Helen Gaskin

What you can expect on the day:

Head to Perranporth where Cornish Ramblings founder, Jody, will lead us on a mindful 3.5-mile ramble, taking in the majestic Lost Church and dune systems of Perranporth. This easy-to-moderate walk can be found on the iWalk Cornwall app here: iWalk Route; Perranporth and the Lost Church

Along the way there is the possibility of a sea swim and we will incorporate mindful breathwork on the cliff, overlooking the sea, with Helen once we reach the halfway point.

The most gorgeous restorative day.

What you will need on the day...

1. Walking attire: be prepared for all weathers. A comfortable pair of hiking boots, a rucksack for extra layers, water, and snacks. Be sure to bring waterproofs should it rain.

2. A notepad: for inspiration and note-taking should you need to.

3. A change of clothes for when we move into the breathwork and meditation.

4. Swimwear and towel for the sea swim during the ramble at Perranporth (dependent on weather and water conditions).

More info on this to follow once you have booked your ticket.

Further details will follow via email once you have booked your ticket. Please contact Jody or Helen via should you have any further inquiries.
